Rates Include - Unlimited Kilometers - Loss damage waiver (an excess of 10,000 applies in the event of non recoverable damage or loss) - VAT - Third party liability insurance - Additional driver surcharge - Government tax and airport surcharges - One way rental charges for minimum 7 day rental between all Budget Thailand locations - Free delivery and pick up within 30 km of all locations - Free maps and driving instructions - All vehicles are fitted with air-conditioning and radio cassette - Frequent Flyer Points from participating airlines, please ask. Rates do not include - Fuel used - Optional personal accident and effects insurance at THB 150.- + VAT per day - Baby seats at THB 100.- + VAT per day (maximum THB 500.- per rental). Conditions - Above rates are only valid if booked via Chiangdao.com. - Minimum driver age is 21 years - Upon delivery of the car and signing of the rental agreement, Budget requires a security deposit (amount will vary from 10,000 Baht to 100,000 Baht depending on the type of vehicle. Please check exact amount at time of rental) which will be blocked on your credit card, and released when you return the vehicle. - When renting have credit card, passport and drivers licence available. - For 1-3 hours overtime BUDGET will charge an hourly rate, for 3 hours and more a full day rate. - Please see the Terms & Conditions and Insurance pages before you book.
