Built in 1863 by the British, this charming hotel a wealth of history, from writers to Presidents having stayed here, and it is decorated with lots of historical artifacts. Located on the banks of the Hai He River, less than 20 minutes from the train station and the airport, this hotel is just outside the city center. There are two wings to the hotel and one is much older and has more antiquities than the other. Guests will always remember a stay at a hotel listed in the National Important Historical Relics Protection Unit.
