The world renowned Sino-American architect Wuxiang designed this tower, which opened for business in 2001. This modern, sleek styled building houses good sized guest rooms and the usual facilities. The west wing has some commercial space where there is a supermarket, a bank, a post office and restaurants. There is a good fitness center, a swimming pool, a sauna and a bowling alley. One unique feature is the helipad on the rooftop for those arriving by helicopter.
