Please be informed that the room rate does not include transfer bus. The transfer bus will pick up the guests from hotels located in Old Quarter Area or outside this area, the guests will be picked up at the general pick up location at 61 L? Th?i T? Street (near Pres Club and Luala Milano). Please note that cruise embarkation starts at 12:00 PM at La Vela Private Pontoon , slot 1 + 2 , Tuan Chau Island, Ha Long Bay.. Second and last check-in/boarding time: 12:30 PM by tender boat (extra charge applies.)

Guests are required to provide the hotel name, address and contact number in Hanoi and Halong at least 24 hours in advance for the pick-up service. Please contact the cruise in order to be arranged pick-up service.

Please be informed that an advance registration is required with full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number or ID, Visa for all Passengers and send back to the property at least before 48 hours to avoid missing cruise registration due to late information. It is the regulation for cruises to register guests? information with Halong Bay Management Authority and Port Authority Permits at least 48 hours in advance of cruise boarding date. Otherwise the guest may not be allowed to be onboard.
