Please be informed that the transfer bus departs at 8:00 AM from V'Spirit Classic Cruises's office in Hanoi at 39/7 Hong Ha Road, Hanoi and boat embarkation sharply starts at 12:00 PM at Tuan Chau Island, Halong. Guests are required to provide the hotel name, address and contact number in Hanoi or Halong at least 24 hours in advance for the pick-up service. Times of activities may vary slightly. Itinerary and Program subject to change when necessary or bad weather condition.

Please be informed that an advance registration with the cruise is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in on board. Please be informed that no refunds are offered if local police and port authority refuse passengers passages when passengers fail to present valid passports for inspection.

Please be informed that Connecting family rooms are available on request. Children under 5 years old are FOC, sharing room with parents. Children from 5 to 8 years old are charged 50%, sharing room with parents. Children from 9 to 11 years old are charged 75%, sharing room with parents.
