La Sayuela is a part of a 10,000-sqaure meter farm adjoining the Regional Park of Gredos, with lovely nature on all sides.On one side you can look out and see at the Sierra de Gredos and on the other side take in Lar Ver and the Valley of Tietar. This setting is perfect for hiking and exploring and if you feel like it even swimming, as there are many natural lakes and swim holes in the area's gorges. When you're not enjoying the countryside you will find the hotel itself relaxing and charming. Each of the spacious and well furnished rooms are adjacent to the large lounge with a welcoming fireplace and timber vaulted ceiling.The menu is prepared daily based upon fresh selections from the vegetable garden.
