19 reasonably large rooms with a modest price and a great location in the center of town are what is found at Negresco Hotel. Being this close to Plaza Espana and the Puerta Del Sol is probably difficult to accomplish at such a low price as is offered here. Furthermore, the Prado Museum is less than one mile away and the walk to get to it is a sightseeing trip in itself. There is a restaurant on-site serving a wide variety of dishes 24-hours a day and of course, being so centrally located, there is a wide-variety of dining establishments in the immediate area. Cheap and central, this is a great choice for anyone looking to not spend a small fortune on lodging while staying in Madrid.
