An affordable option for those visiting Mallorca on a budget. The value-for-money Arcos Playa Apts. Hotel is located 50 meters away from the beach, in the centre of S'Illot. The comfortably appointed apartments are spacious and feature a well equipped kitchen, making them ideal for those preferring to self-cater. Directly across the road is a large supermarket and an internet cafe, plus the hotel is well-connected to the rest of the island via Mallorca's network of public transport. S'Illot itself is one of the quieter resorts of Mallorca, and not that long ago it was a sleepy fishing village. Today however, although not overflowing with bars and night clubs, there is a good selection of restaurants, many serving authentic Mallorcan cuisine, and a handful of bars popular with both locals and tourists.
