Holt Naval Base, and the town of Exmouth built at the same time to serve as housing for military families. The Learmonth Airport is only 40 km away from the resort, with complimentary shuttle service available. The resort does not include a restaurant, but the owners can arrange to drop as well as pick you up from town for your meals. Alternatively guests can take advantage of the poolside barbeque area, and hold family get-togethers. The Ningaloo Reef near the town-site offers an excellent dive site, where you can swim with whale sharks between March and July, while the eco-tourist would be interested in visiting the Cape Range National Park, which also includes several kilometers of beaches.
