- Distressed OFWs or OFWs eligible to avail of accommodation assistance from the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) pursuant to relevant OWWA guidelines and issuances. Guests are required to provide valid Certificate of Repatriation from OWWA.
- Stranded passengers where they do not permanently reside, or have difficulty availing of transportation to their home city or province, due to the implementation of a community quarantine. Guests are required to provide transportation cancellation confirmation.

The property is accommodating guest at exception rates that include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Dinner will not be available for check-in after 06:00 PM. Regular meal schedule will resume the following day.
