Children 4 – 12 years old will be charged THB 1,235.85 when using existing bedding.
Guests are required to use the boat transfer service to reach the property (surcharges may apply). Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival.
Important Notice:
The property recommends guests to arrive at The Racha’s Chalong Lounge at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled boat departure time. The Chalong Lounge offers guests a retreat-like place to freshen up and check-in prior to boat transfer to the resort. Guests will enjoy complimentary amenities including welcome drinks, beverages, light snacks, complimentary Wi-Fi, charging stations, reading materials, and shower facilities. Guests arriving later than 02:30 PM at Phuket International Airport will not make it in time for the last boat to Racha island, which departs at 04:30 PM. For safety reasons, the property does not operate the boat at night. The Racha will be happy to assist guests in making alternative arrangements for the overnight stay in Phuket in the event of late-arriving flights or delays, but will not be financially responsible. The safety of the guests is paramount and in the event of unsafe adverse sea conditions, The Racha may temporarily cease boat transfers until weather conditions improve. Every effort will be made to assist guests with alternative arrangements until the situation is considered safe for boat transfers to operate.
Late check-out is available until 04:00 PM at an additional charge and subject to availability.
There is no discount for one-way airport transfer.
Scheduled round-trip speedboat transfers will be charged THB 2,330.46 per person. Children under 12 years old enjoy 50% discount and children under 3 years old enjoy the service for free. Please note that this fee will be charged upon check-in.
Complimentary round-trip scheduled speedboat transfers and 50% discount for round-trip airport transfers will be offered for stays of 5 paid nights. The discount is not offered for one-way airport transfers.
Complimentary round-trip scheduled speedboat and round-trip airport transfers will be offered for stays of 7 paid nights. Guests are kindly advised to contact the property directly for more information.

The estimated traveling time is 1 hour from Phuket International Airport to Chalong Pier and 30-40 minutes to The Racha by speedboat.
The traveling time may vary and is subject to traffic and weather conditions.
