Bangkok Palace Hotel, New Petchburi Road Pretty decent hotel. Room was adequate with the standard amenities and maids did not flaw in making up the rooms. The staffs at the front desk n concierge need to smile more and be pro-active. Had a view of the expressway which turns out to be quite favorable in order to check the traffic conditions. Breakfast items were so-so only.Overall is a good place for those who doesnt expect much from such a bargain. |

Bangkok Palace Hotel, New Petchburi Road Clean & Nice, Very convenient as located close to popular markets, very same breakfast for 7 days and really sick of it. On the whole excellent service even though it was expensive. However, not worth the price for an individual or couple. |

Bangkok Palace Hotel, New Petchburi Road That s the first hotel in Bangkok when I stayed first time, so I like it. It has vey good pool and from part of the rooms - very good view to highways of Bangkok. Very good location. Choos it, really. One minus - not tasty restuarant indoors, but you can nave a lot of opportunities to have a good meal outdoors. |

Bangkok Palace Hotel, New Petchburi Road This hotel is in a central location and adequate facilities for the cost. We were unimpressed that we were told it was compulsory for us to attend the New Years Eve Gala Dinner and made to pay 2200 baht for it only to find that many of the guests staying at the hotel did not attend, therefore it must not have been compulsory. Had it been worth the money however we would not have minded but the hefty price only included one drink and the standard of the meal was very average. The rooms were a little dirty and while some of the staff were helpful and friendly, others were not at all helpful or friendly. |

Bangkok Palace Hotel, New Petchburi Road The hotel location for taxi driver is hard to find and unfamiliar to most. Service and Breakfast is average. To secure your breakfast seat you have to quickly put a plate of Uneaten food on table, or you will be sharing with someone or you come back with plate of food but no seat. To keep cool in the night, your aircon had to be on biggest air fan also means that you have to bear the loud noise from the fan. Dont take taxi from the hotel taxi services, it is very expensive, just walk to the main road and wave for one. If I had a choice I would move out after the 1st night. For that kind of charges, I could get better hotel, I will not stay in this hotel Again. |

Bangkok Palace Hotel, New Petchburi Road Not a bad hotel, but not a great one either. Reception area is very nice, however corridors and rooms could do with modernisation and smell a bit damp. Not in a particularly nice area either, didn t feel very safe compared to other areas of the city. |
