Norman Frederick Tozer 2008-06-07 until 2008-06-11	President Park Executive Serv. Apartm., Sukhumvit Road, Soi 24 Helpful staff had difficulty in solving the problem of smells in the room. There was a persistent odour of vomit. Having changed room the air conditioning pumped a strong smell of paint into the room. And the air conditioning did not seem to respond to changes of setting of air temperature. As the stay was only four nights it was not worth moving to another room or set of appartments but it was not pleasant.	Very efficient
Michael James Abbott 2008-02-06 until 2008-02-10	President Park Executive Serv. Apartm., Sukhumvit Road, Soi 24 Have stayed here many times before. Room was fine, rates are competitive, access to the excellent Capitol Club leisure facilities is a huge plus compared to staying in a hotel. We love the location on Sukhumvit Soi 24, there s always lots going on. It s only a moderate walk up to the main road for food/shopping etc (or just get a cab for 40 baht!). Only slight disappointment was that our studio apartment faced onto one of the large condo towers (there are 4 at President Park), which blocked the natural daylight somewhat, but we were out most of the day anyway so not a huge issue. We would stay here again.	Efficient as ever, no problems!
G. Wijetunge 2007-12-23 until 2007-12-29	President Park Executive Serv. Apartm., Sukhumvit Road, Soi 24 The apartments are well furnished and spacious. The concierge and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated not too far from Emporium Shopping Center which is a bonus, and there are both Starbucks and Au Bon Pain as well as shopping centres in the near vicinity. It would be nice if they put more utensils in the apartments. Apart from that, it was a very enjoyable stay.	The service was very easy to use for a first-time user. The communication was very quick and reliable. A first rate service

Denise Mckenzie 2007-07-22 until 2007-07-24	President Park Executive Serv. Apartm., Sukhumvit Road, Soi 24 Stayed in 2 bedroom Dynasty Apt - clean and spacious. A little bit far from main shopping area, especially with heavy traffic. Pool facility very good.	No problems.
Orla 2007-06-07 until 2007-06-12	President Park Executive Serv. Apartm., Sukhumvit Road, Soi 24 I would definitely not recommend this facility which I found to be very disappointing. The problems are too numberous to mention. The highlights are that it was not clean and our tulip suite was very worn. Even though others seemed to like the location, I didn t find it to be convenient, with a fifteen minute walk to the train. Initially the service seemed to be adequate but after three days there, the air conditioning went out in our entire building. When we called about it, they were aware of the problem (but failed to mention it to us as we walked through the lobby half an hour before) and offered us another room. We moved into the main building. This suite was similarly grubby. And the next morning we were forced out of our room by the stench of paint stripper being used on the balcony of the room below. At this point we would have moved hotels had we not been leaving the next morning. After 4 hours of waiting, (being told in 20 minutes the entire time) we were eventually given another room. We were very relieved to leave here and were now more than a little concerned about the hotel we had booked for 20 days in Phuket. Thankfully, that hotel was ENTIRELY different.

beatrice debacker 2006-12-31 until 2007-01-02	President Park Executive Serviced Apartm, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 24 Very nice appartment, well located and clean. Makes you feel at home away from home. The staff is very nice. Don t forget to bring a hairdryer though ! that s the only thing that s missing.	Excellent and very efficient

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Dinner at hotel was very good.Service and security first class.	tried for executive suite but was unattainable so upped to royal suite .no hassle at hotel smooth booking
R.Strachan 2006-10-06 until 2006-10-09	President Park Executive Serv. Apartm., Sukhumvit Road, Soi 24 Stayed in royal suite.Always satisfied with this well furnished apartment.Spacious, clean , all of the luxury necessities needed. Great buffet breakfast. All Hotel staff helpful	no problems
