Tine Juhl Thomsen 2008-08-06 until 2008-08-08	Imperial Queen`s Park Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 22 Too overprized a hotel. The rooms are average and not what you expect when you pay this price. We had 2 small children (2 and 5 years) who we on every hotel the whole 4 weeks journey had to sleep in our bed. On this hotel they charged 1500 Bath + extra for breakfast per night for an extra bed we had never asked for. We asked to have it removed because we did not use it but we had to pay the same money anyway - all in all on this hotel - lausy service!!!	Perfect
John Ronald Kelly 2008-07-12 until 2008-07-13	Imperial Queen`s Park Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 22 Lovely hotel, great service with very friendly staff and great ammenities. Lovely park at back of hotel and great shopping. There is a SkyTrain station right next door which made getting around very easy. We would like to visit Bangkok again and would be most happy to stay there again.	Booking was very easy and efficient and we had no problems once we reached the hotel
Elcin Demir 2008-07-08 until 2008-07-12	Imperial Queen`s Park Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 22 nothing negative in particular, except for the grey marble floor tiles of our room. there was a problem about our A/C, so until they fix it, it felt like we were sleeping in a Turkish bath. the hotel makes you feel like you don t fit in as a family with children. the atmosphere is more suitable for business trips i guess.	eveything was arranged in the last 24 hours. thank you!

I was scared to look for a cheaper hotel in Bangkok because I didnt want to be in a bad part of town. This place was a good choice.	First class service
Erik Durrant 2008-01-11 until 2008-01-16	Imperial Queen`s Park Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 22 We were extremely pleased with our accommodation. A lovely large, clean and smart room on the 32nd floor, with a superb view over the beautiful next-door park. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the dining room was delightful. There were two pools but we only used the one next to the fitness centre, on the 9th floor in the open air and it was lovely. Excellent service from all the staff, all the time. We can really recommend this hotel and its location next to the park and the sky train made it particularly pleasant.	Very quick and efficient.
Mr Jorgensen, Denmark 2007-08-10 until 2007-08-13	Imperial Queen`s Park Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 22 The good: great value if you book through an agent (sawadee for instance), OK location close to Skytrain, cowboy, Emporium and the Park, OK facilities, spacy rooms, security box, view if you stay in the tower. The not so good: Pricy if you don t book in advance, breakfast not included (expensive), soi 22 is not the best soi to walk at (though safe enough), the excellent fitness center charges 250B per use, small outdoor pool. All in all - nice hotel, will stay there next time if price remains in the 3000B area	Excellent, as usual
Collin Tan Kok Siang 2006-12-12 until 2006-12-16	Imperial Queen`s Park Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 22 Upscale hotel. Excellent location - just 2 mins to Phrom Phong Sky Train Station. 2 suggestions I have for improvement (hotel-wise) are: 1. increase the temperature of the water in the swimming pool. Even in the heat of the afternoon, the water was freezing! 2. Breakfast should have been included in the hotel package. For the price we paid (3450 baht per night), we did not get breakfast. Thankfully there are lots of bakeries & reasonably-priced eating places just outside the hotel at the skytrain station.	Sawadee.com has exceeded our expectations. The first time we booked with them was in September 2006. Because of the political coup in Thailand, we did not make the trip to Bangkok then. Sawadee granted us a full refund on our hotel payment (we had already paid in full by then)- no questions asked. Their professional, warm & friendly (not to mention prompt) service is worthy of emulation, especially by the Malaysian-based airline Air Asia, which refused even to waive the fare difference on our air tickets, not to mention grant a refund on the ones we purchased in September! Kudos to Sawadee.com!
Susan Clark 2006-10-06 until 2006-10-08	Imperial Queen`s Park Hotel, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 22 The hotel service was excellent and location very convenient. The hotel room was very adequate. I only regretted to difficulty in accessing email as wireless was very expensive.

Also, it has some excellent restaurants in addition to a nice spa and pool.It is also very close to the BTS skytrain. I will definately stay again.	Your service is extremely efficient. Any questions that I had were met in a timely manner. I urge other travelers to use your service.
Riaz H 2005-12-28 until 2005-12-30	Imperial Queen`s Park Hotel, Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 22 I have stayed at this hotel before, and based on my previous good experience, I chose to stay here once again. For those travellers who have not stayed in this hotel, this is a huge 1300 room hotel, with elegant ambience, located near the BTS Sky Train, park, multi-story shopping mall,etc. The staff members are friendly, courteous and efficient. The room is clean and spacious having modern amenities. The breakfast is very good with plenty of choices. However, I feel that they have a very strict checkout time policy. Although, I wanted a late checkout with payment due to a very late evening flight, they declined giving high occupancy as a reason. So I had to store my luggage in the hotel and took half day tour Rice Barge River Tour ( which I would highly recommend). The redeeming feature was the offer by their charming Duty Manager of a shower in their fitness center which I readily accepted. I came out fresh and presentable for my flight which was at 0230 am in the morning. The luggage handling and transportation to the airport were handled very efficiently. I would definitely come back to this hotel again, if they would be more flexible with the checkout time.	I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient manner my booking was handled via the Internet. There was no problem checking in at the hotel as they had all my booking information.
