Krungsri River Hotel, Ayutthaya I booked a Standard Room. Good quality for the price. Nice and good restaurant on the river rim. Breakfast OK. Can recommend. |

Krungsri River Hotel, Ayutthaya Additional comment: Easy to see the hotel from the road, but not easy to arrive to the hotel by car. Must ask for a map or call the hotel. |

Krungsri River Hotel, Ayutthaya A large well presented hotel just over the river. Unfortunately it looked on the map as if we could walk into town but no pedestrian access across the river meant we were required to take a tuk tuk-even when we didn t want to. Rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast good but no complimentary service to drop us off at the rail station just up the road created unnecessary expense. This was a service provided by other (less expensive) hotels in Nan and Lampang. |

Krungsri River Hotel, Ayutthaya Room delightful & clean. Nice pool. Excellent breakfast. No complimentary transport to train station even tho it is just down the road. The location however is a problem as it is impossible to walk into the centre of Ayuthaya as the road there is a freeway with no pedestrian access. In future would stay right in the centre of town as it was expensive to have to hire a tuk tuk every time you needed to go into or return from town. |

Krungsri River Hotel, Ayutthaya This was a festival night (Thai New Year) so the hotel was crowded. Room looked good, but smelled of smoke and there were small cockroach-like creatures running around the bathroom. Festival meal was so-so, as was breakfast, which could have been warmer. Pool only open from 10:00, which is a pity for early morning swimmers. Good views of river. |

Krungsri River Hotel, Ayutthaya We didn t expect the hotel to be so luxurious for this price. However we found a cockroach in the room. The breakfast is very good. The staff is okay but not particularly friendly as in other hotels. We were very disappointed about the Italian restaurant on the groundfloor. We had to wait very long for our meal and the waiters seemed to ignore us completely (were they shy ?) although we were the only guests ...... The capuccino that my wife ordered did not even look like cappucino and my wife sent it back, but they never brought a new cup. You have to know where you can take the small ferry boat further down the road to take you across the river to town. |

Krungsri River Hotel, Ayutthaya My stay at the Krungsri River Hotel was problem-free and an idyllic break from the crazy pace of Bangkok. The Italian restaurant at the hotel served up one of the best Italian meals I ve had in a long time, and with drinks, appetizers, main entrees and desserts, the bill came to $40 CDN. Terrific! I d definitely stay here again in the future. |

Krungsri River Hotel, Ayutthaya I ve stayed at Krungsri River hotel each year I ve gone to Ayutthaya Thailand. The staff is always polite especially the doormen. During this stay I had another great experience at the hotel. I would and have recommended this hotel to others that visit the old capital of Ayutthaya. A great stay. |
I found booking on this site very easy. I will book via this site for my trip next year. |

Krungsri River Hotel, Ayutthaya Easy to find the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and we had a picture view of the river. Breakfast was good and parking easy. The nicest part for us was the bar/restaurant with a riverside terrace, a great place to sit and watch the world go by. We really enjoyed a 1 hour long boat trip around the 3 rivers that encircle the old town. Just turn up at the peer and a boatman will find you! |

Krungsri River Hotel, Ayutthaya The hotel is a really good value for the price. The rooms are large and clean. I liked the hotel s riverside restaurant a lot. |
