Robert e Bailey 2008-02-25 until 2008-03-04	Palm Springs City Resort, Muang, Mahidol Road this was my 4th time staying here, and it was enjoyable as usual. However, I have a couple of gripes. There was a transition period where new ownership took over. They discontinued the in room coffee service, and also started to not stock beer in the mini-bar...I know this seems petty, but these are the things you pay extra for, and at 1,650 a night, this should be free. Also, many mosquitos in our room, the old managers used to provide citronella incense...Not so now, so we got bit a lot. And Finally, when we went to use the pool we were hassled by the management of the ajoining condos that we had not paid to use the pool....This has never happened to me at any of my previous stays here.
Sommerhalder Harry 2007-11-21 until 2007-11-28	Palm Springs City Resort, Muang, Mahidol Road Very nice resort with really big and comfortable rooms - the staff was always friendly and helpful - breakfast good ! Its out from city -you need a car or always taxi etc. Recommendable !	Perfect !

We would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be returning there on our next stay. And Chang, if you read this thank you for the reccomendation of the Pod Thai restaurant. Never had better! We loved it and your hotel!	Wonderful to deal with and no problems with booking through Sawadee. It was easy and rteliable. We look forward to next time setting reservations through you.
John D. McCort 2006-08-13 until 2006-08-16	Palm Springs City Resort, Muang, Mahidol Road Great place for our family vacation. We had two rooms for our family of 5. The kids loved the pool. We loved the free rides into town - anywhere we wanted to go. Such a relaxing place with excellant service.
Ivana Zika 2006-01-03 until 2006-01-07	Palm Springs City Resort, Muang, Mahidol Road The hotel was lovely and the staff fabulous. They were very kind and made us feel very welcome. We had a great time. The room was large and we even had a small balcony. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous. Please note though that this hotel is 8km from town but the hotel issued one way vouchers and even called the taxi for us everyday. Going back to the hotel in the evening it cost us on average 100 Baht. We would definately stay there again.	Booking service was efficient and easy and we had no problems.
Mr.Malcolm Grey 2005-11-12 until 2005-11-17	Palm Springs City Resort, Muang, Mahidol Road Information on website misleading as no restaurant. Swimming pool was being maintained and we were not advised about this in advance. However, accommodation lovely and staff very friendly. One free taxi every day into the City was greatly appreciated.	As ever, quick, efficient and no problems.
Steen Boel 2005-07-14 until 2005-07-19	Palm Springs City Resort, Muang, Mahidol Road I have never experienced a more devoted and helpfull staff than the ladies on this small hotel. Simply outstanding. And to a certain extend, this makes up for some inconveniences due to the remote location and lacking facilities of this hotel. The room is very large and tastefully decorated, and there is a calm ambience to hotel and setting. BUT you have no restaurant, no shops nearby, a dull pool area with no sunbeds, and the hotel is located quite far from the city. If you can live with these things, I am sure you will have a wonderfull stay. The staff here is really exceptional!	stressfree as always!
Ashley Davidson 2005-02-20 until 2005-02-22	Palm Springs City Resort, Muang, Mahidol Road The hotel was fantastic! The rooms were imaculate and a good size. The swimming pool was huge and always quiet. Breakfast was a treat, set in a beautiful garden (the congee was particularly good!) Although the hotel was a way out from the centre, the one free taxi ride into town a day, made up for this. Being outside the centre did mean it was very peaceful. The best thing about Palm Springs is without a doubt the staff! They were wonderful. We liked the staff so much, we returned to the hotel when back in Chiand Mai!	The quickest and easiest online booking service we ve used!
Ashley Davidson 2005-02-20 until 2005-02-22	Palm Springs City Resort, Muang, Mahidol Road This is our favourite hotel in Thailand! The hotel itself was wonderful and well kept. The balcony style walk ways gave lovely views of the tropical garden; it was nice to see flowers everywhere. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated, each with its own balcony. The swimming pool was surrounded by palm trees and not overlooked. We had the pool to ourselves most days. Breakfast was served outside in the tranquil garden. The food itself was delicious and the congee was particularly good. The hotel is quite far out of the centre, but the one free taxi ride per day compensates for this. After a tiring day in town it s nice to come back to such a peaceful setting. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, who were fantastic! Extremely friendly and welcoming. Wouter Vervaat 2005-01-23 until 2005-01-25	Palm Springs City Resort, Muang, Mahidol Road Pro: big rooms, lovely family taking care of you, good rates, nice personal touch. Con: too far from the center (though you get one free taxi ride into town per day), swimmingpool looks a LOT better on the pictures on the site than in reality. Overall we enjoyed it, and the whole family waving us goodbye when leaving was appreciated. Good value for money.	Excellent!
