Jeremy from Canada 2008-03-28 until 2008-03-31	Scorpion Tailed Boat Village, Muang Very clean and roomy bungalows. They where very helpfull with picking our tours and made us feel like family while at the resort! We where in Chiang Mai to do day-touring, and the Scorpion Tailed boat village was the ideal base we needed to see the area! These people know their town,, and were a great help for making plans! The free internet computer was very usefull too! We travelled around Thailand for 24 days, and spent 3 nights here,,,this was by far the cleanest of all the bungalows with the most friendly and best service we had! The only problem which is out of their hands,, is the music from across the river in the evenings! But we were so beat from our day touring,,, we still had no problem getting to sleep! With no pool or tv,, this isn t the place to plan to lounge around at, but if your there to see the area,, its a good place to come back to after your tours!	Too easy!!
Martin Palmer 2008-01-28 until 2008-02-01	Scorpion Tailed Boat Village, Muang Very secluded by river. May be difficult to find but if you say its by the the Farham temple this will get you there. Owners very welcoming and if you like quiet this is the place for you (even no TV in room but I did not notice at first). Easy to get Tuk Tuks to the night bizarre. I would stay again.	Excellent
Ian Henry 2008-01-06 until 2008-01-13	Scorpion Tailed Boat Village, Muang Rustic, family run resort, located on the river, with boat-themed huts in a garden setting. Pleasant, thoughtful staff. Northern traditions adhered to. Tuk-tuk ride from eateries, markets and shopping. Resort-wide WIFI a bonus.	Very efficient, easy to navigate site.

The very friendly owners of Scorpion Tail have a natural feeling of hospitality.Without disturbing you in your privacy they are always there for you for questions,bookings,good advices and a friendly word. Or a little playing around with their great,cute dog. They manage to give you the feeling of being family within the shortest time. The rooms are very clean and cosy. Breakfast is made with love. We first stayed one night when we left for a 4day trip by car. Coming back we looked forward to stay another night here,as we said before,the feeling of coming home a bit. Just great!!! Also recommendable is the trip on the scorpion tail boat wich is owned by them. Don t doubt to book this nice place... Markus&Diana	Perfect...!
Leesa Horn 2006-12-19 until 2006-12-22	Scorpion Tailed Boat Village, Muang I can highly recommend the Scorpian Tailed Boat Village and can t wait to visit again. The rooms are clean with mosquito nets over the beds. There was water in the fridge for us. We enjoyed meeting other guests at breakfast. The owners were friendly and helpful. They took us to the airport when we couldn t get a taxi. After having a bit of a banana crisis in OZ we enjoyed eating the home grown bananas at the village and finished off our trip with a Scorpian Tailed Boat ride, which was very entertaining. We were able to book tours from the Village and it was within walking distance to the night bazaar and another market before it. We were only in Chiang Mai for a short time but we loved it. I m looking forward to my next visit.	No problem.
Gary Percival 2006-12-17 until 2006-12-22	Scorpion Tailed Boat Village, Muang I highly recommend the Scorpian Tailed Boat Village. Was there for a week and had an excellent and enjoyable time. A small villa on the banks of the Ping River. A short distance from the Night Market area. You can walk it in about 20 minutes or take a tuk tuk or taxi. There are about 7 individual very nice equipted cabins on the property. The owners make you feel like family and I love the two dogs they have. They can also arrange the many tours that are available. Highly recommend the elephant riding and rafting tour, very enjoyable. The trip to Chiang Rai and the Golden Triangle and hill tribe villages was nice and interesting but ONE VERY LONG DAY. I DEFINENTLY will be going back to the Scorpian Tailed Boat Village next time.	excellent service, very trusting and fast and reliable. AAAAAAAAA+++++++++ service. Will use again in future.
LIU Yingchun 2006-08-08 until 2006-08-10	Scorpion Tailed Boat Village, Muang It s a wonderful place to stay. It s located along the river. The surrounding is so tranquil with green trees and nice flowers. The room is to tidy and clean and customer friendly. There is also a clever dog, quite funny. The price is not high. It s a nice place with good combination of quality and pricce. The staff are quite helpful for booking tourist programmes. Thanks and I ll come back again.	Helpful and effective
Torpong Muadchaiyaphum 2006-07-10 until 2006-07-15	Scorpion Tailed Boat Village, Muang Great value for the money. The room was good for 800 per night. Service was outstanding.Our hostess was very kind and helpful with everythings. She helped us with booking the daily trips to sight-seeings. It takes about 5-10 minutes with a tuk-tuk to downtown Chiangmai. I would ddefinitely stay there again next time I m in Chiangmai.	No problems at all with booking rooms over the internet. Was though surprise that I had to paid for the hole stay right away, but would definitely recommend internet booking
Alain Doucet 2006-01-26 until 2006-01-28	Scorpion Tailed Boat Village, Muang Very nice, clean and so cheap $$$ for what you get...This is, so friendly place, I will never forget the kindness of the owner and his wife and all the personal, I never met so nice people in a resort like that. Always looking to you, make sure everything is good, they will recomended very good tours as treeking, or dinning. They know all the best places for best deals around. Please go on Ping river with Scorpions Tailed boat tours, so interesthing to listen the owner telling you stories about Chiang Mai and the Ping river with beautyfull pictures in same time. A place to go in Chiang Mai. Very good location too.I will go back for sure.	Very good
