John Mascola 2007-05-31 until 2007-06-03	Holiday Inn Chiangmai (former Sheraton C, Chiang Mai-Lumphun Road When I initially booked this hotel, it was the Sheraton. Quick thinking on the part of the airport taxi despatcher sent my taxi in the right direction: Sheraton Holiday Inn. My room was large and spacious, with adequate room for suitcases. The buffet breakfast was tasty, with many Asia, Japanese, and Western favorites available.	Smooth running with no flaws.
Matthew Looper 2006-12-25 until 2006-12-29	Sheraton Chiangmai Hotel, Chiang Mai-Lumphun Road Comfortable rooms, and pretty quiet, even when almost full during high season. The breakfast buffet was a little trying--crowded and noisy.	Excellent.
Jeffrey Chua 2006-11-18 until 2006-11-21	Sheraton Chiangmai Hotel, Chiang Mai-Lumphun Road This is my first stay at this hotel and I am very pleased with the customer service. The rooms are very clean and spacious (thanks to the upgrade). The only setback is that I have requested for King size bed but only twin beds were available. The food served at the cafe is also excellent on both the breakfast buffet as well as A La Carte and room service. I will certainly revisit this hotel again. Regards, Jeff	Very good and well handled. JEROME BRIAND 2006-10-23 until 2006-10-24	Sheraton Chiangmai Hotel, Chiang Mai-Lumphun Road Luxury hotel. Everything perfect ! A little bit far from the city center, but possible to take the Sheraton s shuttle to visit the night market. Very huge rooms.	Easy to book, and very easy for the check in arriving at the hotel.
Raymond Zawalski 2005-10-14 until 2005-10-16	Sheraton Chiang Mai Hotel, Chiang Mai-Lumphun Road Expecting the same standard in every S Hotel, I was a little disappointed about the Sheraton in Chiang Mai. We also stayed several times at the Royal Orchid in Bangkok and there is a tremendous difference between the two houses. Being a member of the Starwood Preferred Guest program, I really was dis- appointed that we weren t treaded the same we are are in Bangkok. And it actually start from the beginning I entered your hotel. The service at the concierge s desk was poor. Any information to get took forever; almost no assistance was given to order transportation to town etc. That was very disappointing.	very good!!
Yaron Bloch 2005-10-12 until 2005-10-17	Sheraton Chiang Mai Hotel, Chiang Mai-Lumphun Road Good and comfortable, but nothing great. Hotel is old, and needs a good face lift. traveled with 2 kids, age 9 and 4, stayed at a premium deluxe room. Pool is small and is very plain. Location is good, 10 minute tuk tuk ride from the night bazar. At the concierge, ask for them to get you a taxi for your touring, rather than a hotel car tour. much cheaper and much better.	great
Arthur Gladstone 2005-09-01 until 2005-09-04	Sheraton Chiang Mai Hotel, Chiang Mai-Lumphun Road Hotel is excellent value; the public areas are grand and beautiful; food and service is excellent, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are a little faded, and could stand some re-modeling; the Chinese restaurant is outstanding...	Sawadee was dependable and efficient, and we would not hesitate to use them again.

Staff is the very best. I will definitely stay here again,- and every time I am in Chiang Mai.	Good, communicative service.
