Springfield Beach Resort, Cha Am Generally ok though location a little bit isolated. Beach area has too much horse poop which smelt bad. But not overly crowded with few vendors. Very basic coffeeshop only at hotel and breakfast buffet was so-so only. Staff friendly and helful. Still, I was a little put off by the fact that the hotel wanted to charge for extra towels! Seemed very unprofessional as I have never experienced this in any other hotel which I have stayed in! As we were a family of four, two towels was just not enough! Also, hotel wanted to charge for the extra pillow and blanket which I requested for my two children! The use of the Springfield golf & spa swimming pool is great but one must be cafeful with the free shuttle since it is every two hours only! Nice spa though. However, do appreciate that this hotel doesn t force guests to pay for the new year eve s dinner. Made it a matter of choice which doesn t happen elsewhere. |
Very efficient as always. |

Springfield Beach Resort, Cha Am Very nice hotel. Ideal for families. Nice swimming pool and slide. The rooms are quite big and have a lot of space for storing luggage. All rooms have sea view. We did not eat in the restaurant so can not say anything about it. Its worthwile to visit the Springfield golf resort which is a fantastic day trip. We never had seen a swimming pool like they have before. |

Springfield Beach Resort, Cha Am Excellent staff couldn t do enough to help - nothing was too much trouble. Rooms well maintained and clean. Hotel very quiet with no late evening loud music to wake the kids. Will definitely return next year. |
Booked on the web. Initial booking excellent but a flight change caused havoc and the agency handling the booking tried to charge us twice and then failed to meet us upon arrival at the airport. Moral: Book direct with the hotel! |
