Florian Leiderer 2004-12-15 until 2004-12-19	Tanawit Hua Hin Condo & Hotel, Hua Hin The hotel was nice but we expected more. The breakfast was discusting. It is too expensive. You better go to a guesthouse near the beach	No problem
Ludger Mentrup 2004-10-24 until 2004-10-27	Tanawit Hua Hin Condo & Hotel, Hua Hin 1) Location The Tanawit is located in the center, close to station (300 m), Bangkok bus (200 m) and night market. To the beach you have to pass a VERY busy main road. The hotel itself is in a very quite side road, but don´t expect a fantastic view in the lower floors ... 2) Building A standard hotel in average condition. Reception hall is nice, but beyond this point nothing exciting and untidy. 3) Rooms We had 2 rooms, which where different in style but both would certainly profit from some paint and/or especially intensive cleaning. Not really dirty, but already worn impression which is not only a question of age. Room size is standard, which means should be Ok for 2 people. We booked an extra bed, which was really an extra temporarly bed placed in the room, which made it pretty small. Both rooms had a balkon and refrigator in the room. 4) Service The ladies in the reception where nice & friendly, also the room service lady tried her best A really BAD taste left the breakfeast service, which consisted of 3 slow, non-English-speaking people which did not seem to be interested in their job 5) Breakfast Beside the 3 unwilling persons the breakfast itself did fully fit in this picture. First day was the best, as a buffet was offered (fried rice, ham, mashed egg, saucage, toast with 2 types of marmelade, tea/coffee ... OK seems to already nearly complete ...) The other 2 days: toast + egg + ham + 1 saucage + toast + 1 sort of marmelade was offered. So if you like English breakfast and did not have a breakfast buffet in a similar priced hotel you might be happy, otherwise definetly not worth too much. Conclusion: ============= Acceptable for 1 or 2 nights if you don´t mind about the breakfast and if you are not hungry for the beach. We had MUCH better hotels for a comparable price in other places.	At first the booking was rejected as the hotel should be full. One day later strangely another mail accepted the booking without any further comment Otherwise fine.
Alex	Tanawit Hua Hin Condo & Hotel, Hua Hin The hotel was much cleaner and nicer than I thought it would be. All staff were very eager to help out and that was refreshing and unexpected. As for the room, the floor was a bit dirty even though I had the suite. The flushing system didn t seem to work very effectively in the toilet. Other than that, everything in the room was fine. Breakfast was great. Although the seating was a little packed, making it very difficult to move around and walk to the buffet line.	Very fast and effective.
