NIGEL BEARD 2008-05-08 until 2008-05-09	Charoen Thani Princess, Khon Kaen I just love this hotel in KK ,I have stayed here many times now great memories,,,,,,the staff on the desk allways read my request for specific room numbers I like,airport transfer allways good,,,,food good breakfast,,only ruined by the fact it is cold the same as anywhere in thailand,,,but then thats how the Thais like to eat their food,,,,when I stay in KK again I will allways stay here	sawatdee web very good as I had changed my recent bookings many times ,,,,due to circumstances outside my control,thankyou
Peter Whittaker 2008-04-06 until 2008-04-21	Charoen Thani Princess, Khon Kaen when i arrived room i booked was not ready so they upgraded my room,staff were very helpfull and friendly,it is second time i have stayed at hotel and would stay again,hotel location is very good for shops and bars.	very good i always use when booking hotel in thailand
STEINMANN Jean-Paul 2008-03-19 until 2008-03-20	Charoen Thani Princess, Khon Kaen I booked a Deluxe Room. Room very OK. Restaurant of the hotel OK. Breakfast OK. Parking OK. Can recommend.	Good.
Satuk Bob 2007-08-01 until 2007-08-02	Charoen Thani Princess, Khon Kaen An Excellent Hotel. The front desk clerk was most helpful to my wife who had never checked into a hotel on her own. The children loved the pool and everyone said the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was easy to find for a family who had never been to this city.	Sawadee.com was price competative, the booking was confirmed in a timely manner and no hidden charges, nor any bait and switch. I would use the service again.
Rick 2006-10-22 until 2006-10-28	Charoen Thani Princess, Khon Kaen This hotel is quite good value for money everything is ok here but I would only rate it at 3 star, the breakfast is excellent and the staff speak good english which helps, the underground disco is noisy and there are lots of people hanging around outside on Friday/Saturday nights which is not great for those who want relaxation, the Sofital Raja is much better but you pay the price	excellent as usual

So you always have get housekeeping to open the door or wake up the other person. I find this most unsatisfactory	Great service and will use them again

LYSSENS Constant 2005-03-28 until 2005-03-31	Charoen Thani Princess, Khon Kaen I stayed deluxe room from 28.3.2005 till 31.3.2005. This is most definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. I would even hesitate to give it 3-star status. The atmosphere is drab, the furniture is chipped and dusty, bathroom several broken tiles clumsily repaired, mould between the tiles around the bathtub, etc.etc. The Graceland coffeeship resembles a stationhall, the floor is absolutely filthy, the tablelinnen is torn and dirty teh breakfast service is below par and I can go on and on. The smiling staff must have been on a holiday, the only person that smiled was the parkingvallet when I tipped him. I am very dissapointed.	The only thing that was OK.
Liang Choon Yiam 2004-10-09 until 2004-10-12	Charoen Thani Princess, Khon Kaen The staff were very honest by returning my monies which i had sent together with my laundry. If they had not return me the monies I also wouldn t know because i had forgotten about having monies ion my back pocket.	Excellent and i will continue using sawasdee.com
Lewis Malamed 2004-01-28 until 2004-02-01	Charoen Thani Princess, Khon Kaen This is a very nice hotel for a reasonable amount of money. The food in `Graceland` was quite good, and there was something surreal about listening to music of the 50s and 60s in the middle of Thailand. Good musicians, and the staff was great, too.	Easy to use, and provided secure access.
