Stefan Goepel 2008-04-14 until 2008-04-17	Hermitage Hotel & Resort, Nakhon Ratchasima huge, clean rooms, breakfast is okay, a little bit outside the center of korath but still in walking distance - absolutely worth the money (I stayed in the superiour room)	no problem like usual
Michael James Mullane 2008-01-29 until 2008-01-31	Hermitage Hotel & Resort, Nakhon Ratchasima A beautiful place for the price. Nice gounds and clean rooms. Service was spotty, but maybe because they just went thru 2 weeks of SEA and Asean games. Wake up call for 5 Am came at 7:30. Getting a bar of soap was a major challenge. But GM Martin was very helpful and friendly. Definitely would return	No problems. Smooth as Tahi silk.
Barbara Staley 2008-01-13 until 2008-01-17	Hermitage Hotel & Resort, Nakhon Ratchasima It is obvious that this resort in Khorat was met to be a grand place to relax in quiet and tranquility. The lagoon and surrounding gardens are beautiful and well manicured. The outdoor pool area across the drive from the main building is inviting in the warm Thailand sun. My room (superior single) was quite large with more than ample space for luggage and items purchased. The room was very clean and comfortable sporting a view of the lagoon and surrounding gardens. Although many of the staff speak some English, none of them indicated the knowledge to carry on even a basic conversation or respond to questions I had. Patience is the key to dealing with the staff. When the understand your wants or needs, will do whatever it takes to meet them. I would very much recommend this hotel. I will stay there again when visiting friends in the Khorat area.	Sawadee.com has always been my Thailand source for booking hotel rooms. It would be difficult to find a better booking service. I recommend them to all my friends visiting Thailand.
Ad 2007-04-17 until 2007-04-20	Hermitage Hotel & Resort, Nakhon Ratchasima Certainly for that kind of money that you pay, you get a good hotel. Clean and great looking room. Only rooms at back site does not have nice view. Book if possible room at the front site, with beautiful view at the garden. Will book this hotel again, if I go back to Khorat.	Good service.

Zahid Mahmood 2007-03-21 until 2007-03-22	Hermitage Hotel & Resort, Nakhon Ratchasima very good look from distance. impressive building. very good size room those bathroom had leaking floor. reception staff rather care free with exception of 1 or two . The dont seems to care much about customer service. restaurant ok good music evening time. stray dogs roam around ground floor day and night. over all i will say for the price of standard room that hotel is ok	excellent
William E. Murray 2007-01-24 until 2007-01-25	Hermitage Hotel & Resort, Nakhon Ratchasima Lovely place. The lobby is fantastic. The very rooms are large, well appointed and the beds are quite comfortable. The staff is quite helpful. They do have a cleanliness issue, as a shelf above the TV was dirty and had what looked like mouse dropings. My wife and I saw a mouse at the small bar just outside of the downstairs dining area and we heard one during the night in our room. No hot water in the afternoon or evening! The food was OK. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful.	No problem.
