Rungarun Resort, Koh Phangan What can I say! The Rungarun is fantastic! We are so glad we chose this resort.The beachfront bungalow R02 lived up to more than our expectations. Great clean swimming pool and very well kept gardens.The private beach was the best beach in Ban Tai and cleaned and raked each morning to make it look immaculate. The Bungalow was clean and well apointed it even had a bath tub,everything worked and was clean and modern.The staff were great and helpful as was the owner who went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. Food was good quality very cheap and quick which we didnt expect after previose comments on time taken to prepare food. Dont expect a party as this resort is quiet and relaxing. If you dont choose the Rungarun when staying in Ban Tai then you are making a mistake and will miss out on perhaps the best place to stay between Tongsala and haad Rin. I will be back for sure and didnt want to leave. Everything was perfect for us which is hard to get when booking on line,the photos dont do this place justice. Thanks to Pan and staff for a great holiday on Koh Phangan. |

Rungarun Resort, Koh Phangan very quiet and off road. few beautiful huts. nice staff. beach was very clean, beautiful and almost empty. but there were lots of algaes in the ocean. 5 min. to Tongsala by motorbike. not recommended for partying... we liked it |

Rungarun Resort, Koh Phangan Just a few Bungalows and we had the pool and the beach almost for ourselves. The staff were great but they do everything and you have to wait a little bit to long for food. Very clean place and very peaceful. |

Rungarun Resort, Koh Phangan This is a very nice resort, the bungalows are very clean and adequate. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it is situated on a very attractive stretch of beach. I highly recommend this resort. |

Rungarun Resort, Koh Phangan Great to be back here, Phan and Mr Kit are great hosts, and make you feel really at home, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We had our 2 year old daughter with us this time and found that the place had become very popular with families. Very clean well kept resort and the pool is a great addition. Highly Recommended, |

Rungarun Resort, Koh Phangan Our stay at the resort was fantastic. The bungalows were modern, clean and spacious and were cleaned each day. The staff were very friendly, especially Pan, who runs the resort. We were assisted with enquiries with regards to further travelling, scooter hire and location of landmarks on the island. The food in the restaurant was fabulous and reasonably priced. The resort is located far enough away from Haad Rin to escape the noise and the crowds but not so far away that it was a big inconvenience. The beach is pretty, though not always great for swimming as it is quite shallow some of the time. I would thoroughly recommend Rungarun. |

Rungarun Resort, Koh Phangan Very nice bungalow. Clean a nice toilet. No noise. The beach fine but the bath not good. Low water you could not swim. The restuarant slowly. Did take time to eat. Pool very nice. |

Rungarun Resort, Koh Phangan Beatiful Bungalows and surroundings just like the photos, very clean the best of our trip, close by to Thongsala for supermarkets and neccessities. very friendly staff, but slow service for food/drinks, but who is in a hurry. Highly recommended |

Rungarun Resort, Koh Phangan Hi all, I stayed at Rungarun Resort for 4 nights, jan-feb 2007. I found this place fantastic!! Great value, friendly service and quiet location. It s only 15 minutes in a Tuk Tuk to Haad Rin the main town on Koh Phangan where the full moon party is. Food service is quite slow - but apart from that a great place to stay!! Right on the beach as well!! |
