Bay View Resort, Lamai Beach my friend and i stayed in one of the standard fan rooms for 7 days. our stay was nice, staff was generally friendly, and the location is off the main road enough to enjoy a very calm, quiet week. however, they tried to charge us a dinner and and several drinks at the bar that we didn t have (we were on another island that night!), and when we had them book our ferry to koh tao, they booked us on the wrong (slower, cheaper) ferry and charged us for the faster, more expensive one (30% more!). if you stay there, be sure to check the bills and make your reservations somewhere else! |

Bay View Resort, Lamai Beach Very good choice. Close to Lamai but far enough away to be away from the hustle & bustle. Simple rooms but with everything you need. Beachfront villas have huge balconys to sit out and enjoy the view of the bay and at night, the lights of Lamai. Great pool, good restaurant with plenty of Thai choices and very reasonable prices. Great for couples and families. Very good service. We will definitely go back! |

Bay View Resort, Lamai Beach a bit far to the nice lamai beach. bungalows are really not spacey and too expensive. we had much better acomodations for lower prices. it s always like that when the owner is not a Thai. |

Bay View Resort, Lamai Beach nous recommandons vivement cet hotel le cadre est idyllique les proprietaires vous acceuillent agreablement le resto est super vous vous sentez seul au monde a la plage attention marée basse dans le journee mé la piscine et sa vue sont la pour rattraper un dernier conseil essayer le massage mis a dispo par l hotel prix tres raisonnable detente assuré le meileur rapport qualité prix de koh samui! |

Bay View Resort, Lamai Beach This was our second visit to Bay View Resort as we were so impressed the first time. Our second visit didn t disappoint either. It is in a fabulous location, the staff are friendly and helpful and the food at the resort is good. I strongly recommend Bay View Resort. |

Bay View Resort, Lamai Beach Sehr nette Anlage! Mit freundlichem Personal, toller Pool ohne Chlor. Sehr kinderfreundlich Eigener Strand der aber nicht immer zum schwimmen ist mit Kinder aber super zum plantschen. Auto mieten und die Insel erkunden. Zimmer super sauber und mann bekommt alles was man will. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Michael, Melanie und Moritz 2,5 Jahre |

Bay View Resort, Lamai Beach great. suits a good range of budget. this time i went alone. which was fine and fun but next time will bring a friend. because it s very romantic. lovely sunset view point. |

Bay View Resort, Lamai Beach I absolutely don t understand why this resort got so many good reviews! The hut we got offered was a disaster. The worst I have ever seen in Thailand and we have seen quite a lot. This hut (N0111) was worth 100 Baht and not 1000 Baht. It was tiny, stinky, old and dirty. There was not even a real shower and you couldn t open the toilet door properly because of the sink behind it. There were dead flys everywhere, on the bed, even under the cushion, in the toilet and at the windows. There were holes in the sheets and a very old blanket, that I wouldn t even use for a cat or a dog. The owner is German and so you could expect some more professionalism. We were shocked about the room and when we heard the constructions next door, we left immediately. We found another really nice resort called Sand Sea for a bit more money but 100 times better. Maybe the seaview bungalows at the bay view are better but the owner should be ashamed to offer that shithole! to any customer. |
