First Residence, Chaweng it was my second time in koh samui and i changed 4-6 hotels. first residence was the best a stayed so far. good price fantastic very very clean and with a bath tub not a shower. brand new and only 2 minutes from nightlife with the motorbike. i will go back for sure |

First Residence, Chaweng The hotel was brilliant. Very clean, modern and quiet. Only flaw is the location of the pool. It never seemed to get the sun at all because the hotel building is in the way. This meant the water in the pool is always cold. Overall a 8 out of 10 for a budget boutique hotel. I will definitely go back there again |
