tomas Lindberg 2008-02-27 until 2008-03-01	Lanta Casuarina Beach Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach The worst nightmare in Koh Lanta. The staff was totally useless and the room was a disaster. Do not go to this hotel. The only thing good about this plase was the beach. The staff tried to charge me for an broken umberella 400 bath, witch we never used. They do had a busboy who looked like our new swedish king, Daniel W. keep on the good work Vickan	superb

Martin Walter 2007-07-09 until 2007-07-16	Lanta Casuarina Beach Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach The resort was a bit of a dissapointment. We stayed there for one week in July. Maybe it was due to low season, but staff did not really identify themselves with their mission. When we arrived at night, they found out that electricity in our appartment did not work - why was this not tested in advance while cleaning the room? The shower water was either boiling hot or quite cold, the room service did not clean properly and did not try to do their work when we had left the appartment. Instead they showed up at late morning when we have come back from breakfast and a walk after two hours. The beach was dirty beyond imagination. Maybe they do not feel responsible for the beach wich is directly in front of the resort? Breakfast was a laugh. Two slices of toast, two sorts of jam, a tiny glass of fruit juice and a cup of coffe. In addition some ham and sausages and either a scrambled egg or omelette. If we liked Muesli, this was an extra to be paid, and egg pancace as well. Pretty strange, that policy, as all the other hotels I know offer a good buffet. Staff did not care much. Example: We ordered coffee and a little jug with milk, and when they brought a second cup of coffee, they forgot the milk and we had top ask again. This procedure became everyday routine during the stay ... We were one out of only two or three families who stayed at the resort and staff did not find it necessary to prepare the deckchairs at the pool for so few people. And so on and so on ... Altogether, although the place was nice, the beach was lonely and the installation itself seems to be okay, this is not a recommendable place. Ko Lanta is a considerably dirty island anyway ...	Booking Service of Sawadee.com was fine and very reliable. No problems with that at all.
Christian Bianchi 2007-05-22 until 2007-05-26	Lanta Casuarina Beach Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach Surely the worthest staff ever met in a Thai Hotel. Unpolite, rude, and unhelpful. Good size room but extremely DIRTY! Bed and bath laundry has definetly to be changed. Breakfast under the average. NEVER AGAIN HERE!!!	Excellent, as usual. Thanks!
Emily 2007-04-26 until 2007-05-01	Lanta Casuarina Beach Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach I was really suprised at how bad the service was (especially the front desk). Among the worst I ve seen. The delux oceanside room was run down and dirty as well. Musty bedding, grimy bathroom, etc. On the good side, the garden area was nice and the sunsets wonderful. We were there at the end of the season, so not many people and the sand bar was closed. I would not return.	Great. Very helpful.

DE WILDE GUY 2007-03-08 until 2007-03-09	Lanta Casuarina Beach Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach VERY BAD, PEOPLE NOT HONNEST. WE HAVE RESERVED A ROOM WITH GARDEN VIEW AND WE RECEIVED A ROOM WITH GARBAGE ROOM. IMPOSSIBLE TO CHANGE. WE STAY ONLY TWO HOURS IN THIS HOTEL AND RECOMMEND TO SAWADEE TO REMOVE THIS HOTEL FROM THEIR SELECTION..	EXCELLENT AS USUAL KIND AND HELPULL. WITH ALL OUR THANKS TO MISS KANUN.
sheryl kang 2006-12-09 until 2006-12-11	Lanta Casuarina Beach Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach we had the nicest time at lanta casuarina. hotel service was great! beach was good. the sunset was magnificent and dinner by the beach bar was terrific!! if you want some quiet moments with your travel partners or lovers, this hotel would be most ideal.	we have no problems booking our rooms via internet.
Claes Samuelsson 2006-11-27 until 2006-12-01	Lanta Casuarina Beach Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach I can really recommend this hotel. The standard is very good, the service perfect, food wonderful, the location is absolutely perfect. The staying with my wife and doughters 10 & 12 years old was perfect. I hope to be able to return again :o)	Worked without any problems with quick confirmation.
Choffat 2006-10-07 until 2006-10-09	Lanta Casuarina Beach Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach only there for 2 days, 1 of them they had construction between the pool and the beach so difficult to judge... expensive for what it is, simple breakfast, beach bar was closed and staff not very helpful...	Perfect
