Markus Grubinger 2008-01-23 until 2008-01-30	Mook Lanta Boutique Resort & Spa, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach The hotel was an unpleasant experience, we checked out on the day of arrival. The worst thing was the site of the resort: you have a sea view, true, but it´s only a little water you see in the distance. The beach itself practically does not exist, there are only rocks, if you want to lie down or swim you have to walk to the next beach. The bungalows are small, the open-air bathroom was full of cobwebs and little insects when we arrived, there was only a very dim light on the wall, not enough for reading at night, and worst of all the door and windows were not closing properly, so expect lots of moskitos during the night! All of this would be acceptable at a price of arount 1000 Baht per night, but not for almost 3000 Baht! Thanks to Sawasdee who helped us to get out of there without losing too much money.	no problems at all
SIMORENE 2007-12-30 until 2008-01-02	Mook Lanta Boutique Resort & Spa, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach Spend our New Year 2008 in Mook Lanta. It was wonderful!!! Resort is great; Rooms are clean, staff friendly, good food and the owner Tom (Local Thai) is really helpful. One of the highlights of our stay is the New Year s eve celebration at the resort compound. It was a warm and entertaining experience for us. We enjoyed very much and especially like the part where we get to light up the Traditional Northern Thai Lantern, where you launched it skyward after. Sights were awesome with all those lanterns floating up and lighting up the dark night sky. Thanks Tom... For those who like good traditional Thai massages, you get it right here at the Mook Lanta. Highly recommended!!!	Superb as always, fast and easy way of booking. Could do with 50% deposit instead of 100%. Cheers!!!
Thomas Brandeby 2007-12-28 until 2007-12-30	Mook Lanta Boutique Resort & Spa, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach Tom and his staff is the perfect hosts for a boutique hotel. Excellent service and care from staff. Never have i felt so welcome and taken cared of on a hotel. Good restuarant, a few minutes walk to beach. Room clean and nice. Good price for rooms. I even enjoyed the bananastock in my bathroom!	Works great, very pleased.
Claire Stewart 2007-12-15 until 2007-12-20	Mook Lanta Boutique Resort & Spa, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach This resort was in a lovely quiet setting, right by a lovely beach. Staff treated us with absolute kindness and were very helpful. The food is great, service amazing - all in all a very relaxing place to stay while in Ko Lanta.	Very greatful for sawadee.com s service - makes life very easy for finding places to stay!

Kelvin Tan 2007-01-12 until 2007-01-15	Mook Lanta Boutique Resort & Spa, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach The resort looked every bit like it did in the pictures you can find of it online. But the beach was rocky and the sand coarse. There isn t a beach bar in front of the resort so you have to walk over to the neighbouring resort s bar.	2-step payment process of a deposit and the remaining sum at a later date -) not sure if this was the booking website s idea or the resort s. But the downside is that you have to remember to make the second payment.
robert purkins 2007-01-07 until 2007-01-18	Mook Lanta Boutique Resort & Spa, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach was a nice hotel aay from the crowd,with good freindly staff.But the owner was a bit pushy to sell trips,it costs less to sort things out yourself. And the rooms could be kept cleaner,the cleaning staff was not very good to say th least...	good,and hassle free.
