MAS 2008-02-02 until 2008-02-06	Baan Mai Cottages & Restaurant, Koh Lone Friendly welcome, great service, wonderful garden, very quite place, delicious food, nice swimming pool...only direct beach is a little dissapointing and boat transfer could be improved in order not to get wet.	No problem
Walter K Humfeld 2007-09-18 until 2007-09-20	Baan Mai Cottages & Restaurant, Koh Lone This place was an amazing little find! You should definitely visit if you want a little taste of paradise. There is a pool, but the cottages are ocean front. They were recently under new management and we were the first visitors (and only guests for two days) of the season! We couldn t afford to pay for something like this in the states. The food was fabulous and everyone was helpful. Some of the staff do not speak a lot of English, but they are still friendly and will point you in the right direction if you have a question about something. The hospitality was amazing and the sunsets beautiful! As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with a foot wash and fruit drink. The only bizarre part was that you have to take a little motor boat from a pier on Phuket to the resort. Be prepared to get your feet wet and enjoy paradise. This was our favorite resort in Thailand!

Swimming not so good, but good transport by boat to other beaches. Air Cond. sometimes had problems keeping the room cool. Small, but OK Pool.	Booking was easy and accurate. Confirmation via E-Mail, payment on the Internet easy and safe.
Shaws 2007-02-25 until 2007-03-01	Baan Mai Cottages & Restaurant, Koh Lone We stayed in a Beach Front bungalow for 4 nights from 25 February 2007. Loved the bathroom, once we got used to it, but didn’t like the room so much – dark, with very dim lighting. Unbelievably hard mattress! The beach was disappointing, sharp coral with rocks below the water line, making it unsafe for swimming. Liked the pool area. The food was excellent, international or authentic Thai – which could be hot or toned down if requested. Not a sophisticated resort – but highly recommended for relaxing quiet holiday with good food and friendly staff.	very good. have used since, and will do again
james edward filer 2007-01-27 until 2007-01-31	Baan Mai Cottages & Restaurant, Koh Lone the location was superb and the staff very friendly and helpful. all spotlessly clean. gardens and pool beautiful. food initially too authentic but calmed down. boat to deserted beach where snorkelling was unforgettable. excellent value. highly recommended.	first class.
Brooke Davis 2006-05-07 until 2006-05-08	Baan Mai Cottages & Restaurant, Koh Lone We stayed at the beginning of May 2006 for two days. Complete peace, setting wonderful, staff and service absolutely excellent and the travel arrangements from Phuket airport worked perfectly. Trip to Coral Island for snorkelling arranged by the staff without any fuss and highly recommended. Chalets were nice and clean but (only criticism) too small to be very comfortable for more than a couple of days - should be enlarged to give more comfort as the beds and general space are cramped. Food in the restaurant was excellent, with definite Thai/French flavour. Would recommend Baan Mai strongly for short break and will (hopefully) return	Booking very easy. We included arrangements for transport from the airport down to the island - went without a hitch
Joerg Renken 2006-02-21 until 2006-02-28	Baan Mai Cottages & Restaurant, Koh Lone Really great location. If you re looking for a lush tropical secluded resort in Phuket, that s the first choice! Located right on the beach with hammocks waiting for you. Nice and helpfull staff. Free longtail boat service is provided to pier on main island and several beaches around. Meals are great but breakfast is not very varied.	very helpfull and efficient
Wuergler 2004-05-02 until 2004-05-06	Baan Mai Cottages & Restaurant, Koh Lone Its is a very nice romantic location where you can relax after stressed work. The Bungalows are set it a well maintained little park. The only thing which is a pitty is , that you can not swim in the sea as there is now beach. You are forced to go by longtailboat to other islands. The Manager is very nice and he knows how to make people happy!! His employees are very frendly and always with a smile in the face... Alison Thomas 2004-02-19 until 2004-02-23	Baan Mai Cottages & Restaurant, Koh Lone Service was excellent - responded to requests for help or issues immediately. Place was beautiful but beach was disappointing. However, mangement was happy to transport you to nearby beach free of charge.	Very good. Web site quick to load and easy to navigate. Good info provided and reasonable responses to queries.
