Johan Ljungkvist 2008-04-08 until 2008-04-11	BW Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa, Bang Tao Beach Stayed in two ground terrace deluxe rooms for three nights. Rooms were clean and towels and bedspreads changed daily. Rooms had direct access to the swimmingpool, which was very convenient. Very nice hotel direct at the beach. We wouldn´t hesitate to book this hotel again.	Booking was easy, quick and convenient!
William McMillan 2008-03-28 until 2008-04-05	BW Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa, Bang Tao Beach Had read some poor comments about this hotel prior to booking , but we found everthing to be in order , air-cons worked 24/7 and room was clean and tidy , staff friendly , only down side was breakfast same for the 8days we stayed ,no variation although plenty of food and good quality.Beach is good , but area outsde of hotel is very quiet and limited for eating and drinking .Taxi s only available to patong due to 30 min ride and can get expensive at 1100 Bhatt return .Overhaul enjoyed the stay .	Very efficent booking all in order and airport pickup waiting on arrival , fisrt class service.

rachel young 2007-04-27 until 2007-04-29	BW Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa, Bang Tao Beach Hotel very nice, a bit on the quiet side probably ideal for couples the room smelt mouldy from the heat so you had to have the doors open to let the air in, staff lovely and friendly nice beach in front of the hotel.	great, no problems.
Patricia Krueger 2007-02-13 until 2007-02-16	BW Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa, Bang Tao Beach Nice pool, beautiful beach and decent breakfast. The beds are super hard. There is an awful musty smell in the rooms and mold in the shower area. This is most likely due to the fact that you are allowed only one key per room, a magnetic key that runs your lights and A/C....when you leave the room, the A/C and lights turn off; thus the musty smell/mold grow. There are no banks or ATM s in walking distance from this hotel and their exchange rate is terrible. Not really in walking distance to the good beach restaurants in front of Laguna resorts. No face washcloths at this hotel...you have to bring your own or wash with a big hand towel. Other than breakfast, did not eat at this hotel...went to a small cafe around the corner, Kaen Khoon (excellent and cheap), and there is a tiny store next to it which offers water, beer, etc. Taxis in Bang Tao not metered and expensive. Resort does not offer shuttle to airport as advertised on their website. Overall this could be a nicer resort if they allow people an extra key to run A/C and clear up musty smell and would offer a better exchange rate and face washcloths to bathe with.	Easily booked. We received the room assignment we requested with no problems.
Susan W. 2006-10-12 until 2006-10-13	BW Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa, Bang Tao Beach This is a nice hotel located directly on the beach. It looks new and clean. We stayed in the family room which was nice for a family of 4. The problem with these rooms is that they back onto the street and a noisy bar kept us awake until 3AM. When I talked to the staff about it they just laughed and said oh yes, very noisy . I will not stay at this hotel again.	Great.
Mrs SD Morrison 2006-05-16 until 2006-05-19	BW Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa, Bang Tao Beach It was the perfect location for the business I was there for, it had much more than I needed ie beach at the bottom of the garden and pool. Relaxed hotel charming staff and a v good tailor!	It was unfortunate bec there was a misunderstanding from the website. I required a bed in Bang Tao Beach and thought that was were the hotel was only to find on arrival that I had booked at the other Best Western in Kata which was not were I needed to be, So 1. watch the site does not jump you to another area as there are two Best Westerns on the island. 2 So be careful when you make the booking and do not know the island that you are given the right location. They sawadee were v gracious about it
Kristina 2006-02-14 until 2006-02-18	BW Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa, Bang Tao Beach Did not meet our expectations. The atmosphere was like any large international hotel (very impersonal). The attitude among the staff was was OK but not as attentive and welcoming as at the other hotels we visited. We stayed in a 2-bedroom family room. We had to cross a street to get to the main facilities (restaurant, beach, pool). The room was very poor equipped. The second bedroom had nothing but 2 beds and a small table! Nothing to put your clothes and ohter belongings in. Not even a bed lamp! The bathroom had no place to put the towels, they layed on a bench in the master bedroom. The beach was muddy. We went by longtailboat to other beaches. The restaurant was large and impersonal with loud live music in the evenings.(I wouldn t dream of having dinner there). We will not go back to this hotel or Bangtao Beach	safe and easy
Thi 2006-01-31 until 2006-02-04	BW Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa, Bang Tao Beach **Luggage was held by concierge between chk out & transfer to airport. Money was STOLEN out of luggage. Management never returned phone call, which i reported upon returning home. Be careful with your valuables!!! We stayed in the Family Deluxe, which is spacious for a family of 4. Decor & cleanliness are just ok. Location of hotel is good as it s ocean front. Restaurants/food/hotel staff are also passable. Better food and services outside.	Prompt reply on all inquiries. Will definitely use website again for future travel to Thailand! Thanks.
Ann Pickard 2005-09-30 until 2005-10-02	BW Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa, Bang Tao Beach A pleasant hotel with super pools, right on the beach with all the facilities and standards you would expect from a Best Western Hotel. The area is still recovering from the Tsunami and very few tourists were there so it was quiet and relaxing. We ended up staying a further two days but moved on as there were no shops/bars etc close by and taxi drivers charged above average fares.	Very efficient
