Baan Nern Sai Resort, Patong Beach CONS: Very far from Patong beach and not like what they have described! Hotel is up the hill which is very inaccessible. No restaurant and lousy breakfast! PROS: Peace & quiet bcuz you ll be the only ones in the hotel. Alot of privacy. Thats all |

Baan Nern Sai Resort, Patong Beach Nice and quiet hotel on the hill (beautiful surroundings),and not so far from the Patong beach and shopping (3 minutes by motorbike, round 10-15 minutes by walk). Nice, big, tidy and clean room. Friendly and pleasant staff, good service.I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. |

Baan Nern Sai Resort, Patong Beach Value for money though most of the times its hard to find the receptionist at her station.The complimentary breakfast was set and the choice very limited. |

Baan Nern Sai Resort, Patong Beach Good quiet small hotel. Near Patong but far from crowded streets. I like this place. A little far from the beach (10 min walk down and 15 up) but take your own scooter and no more problem. Friendly staff, clean room, standart breakfast. Overall, nice peacefull hotel. |

Baan Nern Sai Resort, Patong Beach Personalised service and full privacy. Hotel is up on the hill. 20 mins to walk down the bill to patong beach. Transfer out can be arranged easily foc by hotel transport. However when coming back need to call hotel to confirm. Though hotel mentioned every 2 hrs they will transfer out and in.Tried to call one night from outside to pick but noone reply. No hot water on 2nd and 3rd night.And tap water was brownish. Hotel telephone went dead 2nd night. Very family -run. Check out in early morning by throwing keys at reception. No one was around. Value for money with breakfast included but limited services. Be prepared to arrange own transport (motorbike) or pay Tu- Tu Baht $250 per trip. |

Baan Nern Sai Resort, Patong Beach Have been in Thailand 5 times before... This little resort was more than what we expected when we arrived together with our daughter and husband and their 6 months old baby ! What a fantastic place to start a honeymoon with! Very sweet friendly staff. We liked the breeze coming through the open windows in the restaurant when we had our breakfast....we enjoyed every minute of it ! The view was breathtaking...Very clean and nice rooms better than many we have seen ! We do recommend you go there sometime!! It will surprice you........ |

Baan Nern Sai Resort, Patong Beach I love this hotel although the room is quite old and not well managed (especially the bathroom because the water pipe under the sink was leaking). The hotel is situated on the hillside and we booked the poolside rooms here. The hotel is small but the feel is warm & good, like a family and you are free to do a lot of things around the poolside, like swimming in the midnight, eating and drinking wine on the sunbed with our friends.... And the staffs are very friendly and helpful although their English are not very good, but OK (because we re not good too..). There are only a few of types of the breakfast and I think not enough for the western people, but the view in the restaurant is very good and I took a lot of photos here. The hotel is not very far from Patong beach but you should walk up to the hill. I think walking is not a good idea. I m very like to book this hotel again if the bathroom are renovated in future. |

Baan Nern Sai Resort, Patong Beach Nice little resort, just outside of Patong overlooking the bay. Rooms are well kept and clean. with a big comfortable bed. All staff are friendly and available, but try to stay in the background to keep the atmosphere relaxed. Free taxi to and from beach if required, but best to hire one of their scooters for maximum freedom. Enjoyed my stay very much! Thanks..... |

Baan Nern Sai Resort, Patong Beach Love this hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. Even though the hotel was about 10 minutes to Patong, the free shuttle was a godsend. We enjoyed the walk to Patong in the evening. It took us only about 15 minutes. Love the sunset on the way.. Would stay there again.. Lovely time, lovely staff, lovely hotel... |
