Ryan Lee 2007-12-24 until 2007-12-26	Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort, Karon Beach The hotel is nice but it is a bit old. I staid on the 4th floor and there were small lizards crawling around on the walls you could see. I think I also saw one in my room but it ran away when I turned the lights on. The rooms were large and the hotel staff was friendly enough. The breakfast is very standard but their omelets were pre-made so they were cold when I got served. There is a gameroom where you can play table tennis and chess. The workout room is small but has enough to get the job done. The location is really close to the downtown area. There is a shortcut you can take. Overall it was a good experience but you could probably get more for what you pay at another high end hotel.	sawadee was great! my friend forgot to make a hotel payment but we still had the reservation available to us when we got there. His credit card did not run through several times and they were very patient throughout the process. I was worried we would lose the room but we had no problems at all! Excellent service.
akiva lev 2007-12-03 until 2007-12-08	Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort, Karon Beach nice hotel.many steps to climb for higher floors.good breakfast.stuff-ok. i booked this hotel by sawadee 5 nights 2 deluxe rooms and i got the first night a lausy room with bad smell because they did not have more rooms.	ok
Radke Tushar Vijay 2007-11-03 until 2007-11-05	Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort, Karon Beach The hotel itself is nice. They have a good location and great breakfast. Excellent TV coverage for a hotel as well. However one major complaint I have is with the staff of this hotel. They are outwardly friendly. However they troubled me over apparent inconsistency in the room inventory when I had taken absolutely nothing. I would suggest that before check-in you do a thorough inventory check.	Great service. However I had requested connecting rooms and did not get them and that was disappointing.
Maria Michalska 2007-10-14 until 2007-10-20	Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort, Karon Beach I didn t like the busy road just in front of the hotel and staff could understand english better. Nevertheless, We enjoyed our stay.Room was quite spacious, nice staff, excelent cleaning service and 3 pools.Not bad.	Superb.No problems
IJeb Reitsma 2007-10-10 until 2007-10-17	Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort, Karon Beach Friendly staff, clean rooms with ocean view. The beach takes a long walk, but this is the case with much hotels in this area.
Leow Hong Keat 2007-07-15 until 2007-07-17	Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort, Karon Beach Wasn t have a good impression on the 1st day check-in due to electricity shutdown/black out for more than 8hrs that nite. the recovery plan was not well arranged although the front desk officer was trying to accommodate us by providing some free drinks and a free lunch/dinner at the restaurant after the black out. Some staff at the hotel cannot understand English well, so have try hard to communicate with them. Room is fine with the balcony with seaview, can see the nice sunset, but the water pressure is very low as we were staying at highest floor, air-cond is not cold enough. Breakfast was quite basic and was the same menu every day.The rest looks fine including the swimming pool(they have 3 swimming pools,but one is on renovation when we stayed there). We will consider others hotel to stay if have better choices.	Quite fast, no problem in getting respond, just that the e-voucher is a bit unprofessional/simple compare to others on-line web service.
Evelyn Gail Weber 2007-07-05 until 2007-07-10	Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort, Karon Beach Beautiful location with a great view. Staff was very helpful and it was quiet and very comfortable. We booked a taxi to pick us up at the airport through the hotel that was very pricey...just make arrangements for a taxi when you get there.	Great - no problems
kevin mcbeath 2007-05-03 until 2007-05-08	Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort, Karon Beach Very reasonable hotel,rooms clean,good pool,breakfast good,staff very friendly and polite,however the staff on duty for breakfast require a lot more effort to assist people,they tend to do a lot of standing around chatting,completely ignoring you,even for a cup of coffee.Apart from this we enjoyed our stay.	Excellent not a problem at all.
Lynne preston 2007-04-13 until 2007-04-17	Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort, Karon Beach The Hotel was very good and good value there are 2 very nice swimming pools and the hotel is in a very cetral location to either Karon Beach or Patong. The rooms were everything you could want and very clean and fresh and we had a great view from our balcony out to sea and sunsets. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, I would not hesitate to stay here again and would consider other Best Western Hotels for the future.	Book with Sawadee was OK and given they have every place available on there web site it would be silly to go else where to book.
YM Tang 2006-09-18 until 2006-09-21	Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort, Karon Beach Nice quiet place. Of course on the off-season, so not to much in the way of crowds.	Very smooth. No problems
