Ms. Wesley Cullen  2004-02-08 until 2004-02-11	Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket, Bang Tao Bay Nice rooms on lovely grounds. Very friendly staff. Good food. Delightful baby elephants that visit twice daily. Splendid beach.	Very easy and convenient. Reponses were quick and detailed to assuage any discomfort with the service.
