Garden Villa (GV): 4 Garden Villas with custom designed polished concrete floors, counters and walls accented with hand-dyed fabrics, traditional teak wood furnishings and bathrooms with changing room and private garden views from your shower. All garden villas feature private terraces and one-of-a-kind Punnpreeda HIP Hospitality. 45 square meters.

Ocean Villa (OV): Our 6 Ocean Villas are carefully designed, private detached villas all with polished white concrete flooring, counters and walls accented with hand-dyed fabrics, and traditional teak wood furnishings.

In addition you will enjoy ample storage space and outdoor seating with a view of our infinity pool and the beautiful blue sea in the Bay of Ban Rak. All Ocean Villas feature private terraces and one-of-a-kind Punnpreeda HIP Hospitality. 49 square meters.
