Modern, spacious, self-catering cottage, an outside braai area with secure parking located on the owner's property in the seaside village of Bushmans River Mouth, within walking distance from the river and a 5 minute drive to neighbouring Kenton. A lovely getaway in tranquil Bushmans - a nature lovers paradise with choice of magnificent beach walks, two beautiful rivers and Kenton's stunning Shelly Bay, as well as two Blue Flag beaches to enjoy. Explore our variety of coffee shops, speciality shops and restaurants. This cottage features a separate entrance and has a capacity of 2 guests at a time. A queen-size bed is available in the bedroom and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided. As you enter the large open-plan living room/dining room/kitchen you feel the warm embrace of home. A bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom lead off from the space. The open-plan living area features a kitchen equipped with a 2-plate stove with a mini-oven, microwave, bar fridge, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from the kitchen is a 4-seater dining table and a cosy lounge with comfy seating. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property as well as private braai facilities. The location of this property is a short drive to Kenton and guests can enjoy a lovely 2.5 km walk along the beach to Kwaaihoek on a low tide and a further 2.5 km to Diaz Cross from the Bushmans River Mouth. The cottage is attached to the main house, but guests have their own entrance and secure parking for one vehicle. The area in front of the cottage is for guests to use, with a fire pit. Bushmans River Mouth (Boesmansriviermond) is a quaint little holiday village with narrow streets and shady milkwoods and lies across the river from Kenton. Bringing your own car is essential, as there is limited taxi service and no public transport systems. Load up the bikes, and enjoy cycling around our village. A kayak will open up the rivers for exploring, as will a boat - please check with our local municipality about boat licenses for the rivers. The river and sea are withing walking distance.
