Modern 4 bedroom fully equipped family home, with large open plan reception rooms flowing onto spacious covered veranda, overlooking a sparkling pool and leafy garden with lovely views of the mountains, in the heart of the Constantia Valley.
The house is located in a quiet leafy part of Constantia. It is light and airy, with open plan reception rooms opening onto the veranda and swimming pool, for easy relaxed living. The property borders a tree-lined greenbelt, which attracts a wide variety of bird species, giving a lovely sense of peace and tranquility as you look across to the mountains.
Guests have the use of all the facilities on the property, including the indoor barbeque as well as a Weber kettle barbeque. You will be given 2 sets of keys and 2 remote controls for the automated gate. There is sufficient parking in our driveway, with an automated gate for 6 cars.
I will meet you at the property to show you all the features of the house and answer any questions you may have about the house or Cape Town. Thereafter I will be available telephonically during working hours. The house is serviced by our trusted house keeper 3 times a week between 9am and 4pm.
The Constantia Valley is centrally located with easy access to all the major freeways, whether you are going to the Atlantic Seaboard or off for a day at Cape Point Nature Reserve. The Valley is home to some of the most acclaimed South African wine farms and boasts a large number of award winning restaurants. The Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are 5 minutes away.
The area is very well serviced by Uber, and the Red Bus company can be accessed from Kirstenbosch Gardens
The house is largely on one level, with 2 small stairs between the different living areas, and then 3 small stairs from the veranda to the swimming pool, making it suitable for children and less mobile gue ...
