This open-plan studio can accommodate 2 guests at a time and contains a queen-size bed as well as a work nook. A shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the en-suite bathroom. Linen is provided, however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
Additionally, there is a comfortable couch and a kitchenette equipped with an induction stove, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
The location of this unit is within close proximity to Waverley Park, shuttle services to the University of Cape Town, lower main road with its shops and restaurants.
The street is very quiet and private.
Its 10 minutes away from Cape Town city center,
by bolt or uber,
and there's also a public transport 2 minutes away walking time
5 minutes away from UCT, and the shuttle to UCT is about 3 minutes walk
