A beautiful double storey family home with garden nestled in Weltevreden Park, about 8mins from Clearwater Mall & 10mins from Randpark Ridge Mall. Enjoy some private quality time in our private bedrooms with separate spacious lounge including work space (rooms includes private bathroom with either a shower/bathtub, & toilet). Spacious kitchen to share with my family. Pets are also welcome.
Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom with shower/bathtub & toilet, 2 living rooms (one downstairs and another upstairs).
They is ample parking for about 7 cars within the yard behind locked gate and high wall. We are willing to provide transportation for those who may need transportation at an additional cost.
Not far from Clearwater Mall and and 14th Avenue especially for those coming on work assignment within the area. Lovely and quiet community

We have a swimming pool within the yard for those beautiful summer days and a safe community for those who enjoy long walks or running.
