It is walking distance from the Northcliff Eco Park that is the second highest point in Johannesburg at 1,807 metres, one metre lower than the Observatory Ridge in the East of the City at 1,808 metres (5,932ft) above sea level, as well as Alberts Farm, known for one of the last artisian springs in Johannesburg and also known for its rich biodiversity.
