My apartment is located in the heart of the buzzing Rosebank Precinct. The modern yet cozy decor of the apartment with the abundance of natural light in the living area creates a rejuvenating setting for your body and mind. The apartment has been stocked with top of the range appliances, Free unlimited Fibre WiFi, complimentary tea and coffee and much more to make your stay memorable. We also fully clean the unit after each guests stay with high grade sanitizers.
Located in The Tyrwhitt on Tyrwhitt Avenue, our apartment is a modern, cozy sanctuary in the middle of the bustling Rosebank precinct. The apartment has a lovely private outside area where you can sit back and relax as well as the city's best entertainment and dining experiences right around the corner, your stay will be as special inside the apartment as it will be outside.
The building has controlled access from Tyrwhitt Avenue and the apartment comes with 2 complimentary, secure underground parkings should you wish to park your vehicle. The main access to the floor is through the elevators near the building lobby however there is also an elevator directly from the underground parking.
The apartment is newly furnished and has been stocked keeping in mind the needs of every modern traveller.
1) Living Room
The living room has been appointed with furniture whose color and design evokes a sense of calm and relaxation. A large cozy couch in the living room makes for the perfect opportunity to sit back and read a book against the natural light that lights up the apartment.
There is a Samsung Smart HDTV along with cable subscription to popular television and music channels (through DSTV) in the living room to ensure that you are never bored inside the apartment. The apartment has unlimited WIFI internet access throughout so that you remain well connected during your stay.
2) Kitchen and dining area
The modern kitchen is equipped with top of the range appliances from Bosch and Samsung amongst other large brands to make sure all of your needs are catered to including a hob, oven, refrigerator, washer & dryer as well as a microwave. The kitchen also has a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods for you to enjoy delicious coffee during the stay.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, plates and glasses so that you don't have to worry about anything.
The dining area has a lovely round glass table that easily seats the family. You will also find a wine rack with a selection of South African wines for you to enjoy during your visit should you wish.
3) Bedrooms
When I travel, the one thing that matters most to me is to be able to sleep on a comfortable beds. I have ensured that every night that you spend in this apartment is one filled with good sleep. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed with a plush, comfortable mattress and fresh linen. There is also a room heater should you want some respite from the Johannesburg winter.
4) Bathrooms
The bathroom is equipped with a standard WC and a bathtub and is stocked with fresh towels at check-in.

The Rosebank precinct is slowly becoming the business and cultural hub of the city and has so much to offer for every kind of traveller. Located in close proximity to Johannesburg historic CBD as well as Sandton (Africa's richest square mile and the economic epicentre of the continent), Rosebank offers amazing opportunities when it comes to food, entertainment and shopping. The area around the apartment has a buzzing nightlife and a vibe that not too many Johannesburg suburbs possess.
Two of Johannesburg's most popular shopping malls (the Mall of Rosebank and the @Zone Shopping Centre) are located just up the street (less than a 2 min walk).
