Cape St. Blaize is a wonderful North facing town-house perched on top of a hill overlooking the Historic Town of Mossel Bay. The location offers stunning views over the Bay and Mountains as well as easy access to the center of town, beaches and the famous Point Lighthouse. The "St. Blaize Walking Trail" is on your doorstep which offers access to the Mossel Bay Zip line, Point Village and the coastal trails. The house is located in a quiet residential area offering the tranquility needed for a restful stay. The property offers open plan living areas and cover two floors. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and lovely enclosed "stoep" are on the first floor with stunning North Facing views. The main bedroom with ensuite and double room opens out onto the enclosed stoep with double and twin bedroom sharing the main bathroom. The ground floor has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area that also opens up onto a terrace with built in BBQ. The scullery comes with washing machine, dryer and two dishwashers. The front of the property has a small garden and lawn for kids to enjoy and to make your pets feel welcome. There is a garage as well as a secure parking bay behind gates for ease of mind. Located on a hilltop offering accommodation in a quiet residential location with stunning views over the town, bay and mountains. St. Blaize is also walking distance to town down a hill or via a scenic path to the world famous Point. Additional Guest Information: We have two Alexa Devices in the house, one located in the master bedroom and one in the kitchen area purely for entertainment purposes ie. activity / restaurant searches in the area, music, alarm etc. These devices comes equipped with a built in camera. Note that these build in camera's should be disabled at all times. Should you find the that they are not, you can manually disable them by closing the lens cap over the camera. Should you still not feel comfortable with either of these devices being displayed, please feel free to disconnect from the power source by unplugging from the power socket.
