Named after the captivating Wookey Hole Cave in England, this triple-storey house is perched atop a forest dune, overlooking the pristine and peaceful West beachfront of Port Alfred.

Our guests can watch whales frolic and local fishermen enter and exit the river mouth from either one of the two sea-facing balconies at their leisure.

We offer a cooked breakfast with all the trimmings for a fee of R95 per person, a great way to start your day of adventure.

The space
This home is very spacious, with a generous, bright and well-laid out kitchen, two lounges, four bedrooms and two bathrooms and a convenient guest toilet on the middle floor. It is located in a safe, quiet area, 300m from a peaceful beach. Although each of the rooms are rented out separately, we also rent out the entire house.

Our guests can enjoy a sheltered outdoor barbeque area, sit at a comfortable railway sleeper wood bar, and enjoy a glass of wine, whilst overlooking the Indian Ocean. There is an outdoor pool complete with chairs and a lounger. The house also has a huge upstairs studio, which is a great reading spot, play and entertainment area.

You have the option of staying in the en suite room, which has its own television (with a smart TV), alternatively, you can stay in one of the three downstairs rooms, that share a bathroom.
