CHECK IN TIME IS 3PM - 10PM & CHECK OUT TIME IS 10AM.

Please notify us your expected check in time or arrival time so that you will find someone waiting for you at the entrance with the keys.

When you get to the gate, please show the security officer this message with unit number you are going to, together with an identity document. The security will also show you the parking lot allocated for you.

Please note that:
1. A maximum of 4 guests are allowed in the unit.
2. Please check in before 10:00 pm.
3. The geyser will be off. Switch it on at the electricity box.
Please switch off when you leave.
4. Housekeeping is done every 3rd day for long term stays (5 days and more).
7. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the units.
8. This complex has a very strict no-noise policy, and as such security have been authorized to switch off electricity for units making noise
9. Complex rules do not allow braaiing.
10. By collecting the keys and accessing the unit you agree to the conditions above otherwise please arrange with me for a cancellation, which will be confirmed free of charge.

When checking out please leave the keys in the bottom drawer of the cupboards in the kitchen close the door and lock the burglar

• with more than 10 restaurants down the road
• Gautrain Station, Hatfield CBD & TUKS - all in 1.5km radius
