The apartment has a spacious bathroom which is ensuite to the bedroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, washing machine, cooking utensils to prepare meals during your stay.
The lounge has a comfortable two seater couch, two chairs, a three piece dinette to enjoy your meals, and it can also serve as a work desk for business related travels, and a flat screen TV with Netflix. Free Wi-fi throughout the listing.

Nexus 83 is located right on the corner of Atterbury road and 22nd street, providing easy access to public transport, and active Uber and Bolt services in the vicinity.
Since the apartment is in a Sectional scheme building, guests are required to an indemnity and provide a copy of their ID, for safety and compliance with the Body Corporate
