This beautifully apportioned seaside villa is set in a lush private tropical garden, in the heart of sea-side village of Southbroom on the Natal South Coast. The villa has 4 bedrooms, each with King-size beds, and 4 bathrooms of which 3 are ensuite. There is an expansive patio downstairs to enjoy the garden and the pool, which is nestled between 300-year-old Illala palms. There is a spacious wooden deck upstairs on which to relax and enjoy cocktails, or spotting whales, dolphins and even birding. There are two spacious lounges, one downstairs for socialising and one upstairs with satellite television and a home entertainment system, both with amazingly inviting couches and chairs. The dining room leads into a fully equipped kitchen, just begging for culinary flair to be unleashed in it. We have barbecue facilities on the patio for guests to try their hand at a South African “braai”. The villa is very close to the village centre, where one can find quaint eateries, a designer boutique, day spas, convenience and liquor stores and even a doctor and dentist should the need (hopefully not) arise...! The villa is a mere 300 meters from the world-renowned and picturesque Southbroom Golf Club. Other championship golf courses in the area are the San Lameer Golf Course and Country Club (annual host of the LPGA Sunshine Ladies Tour), Sun International's Wild Coast Golf Course and Country Club and the Selborne Park Golf Club. A little further inland one can find the 1000-million-year-old Oribi Gorge, over 400 meters deep and containing dense riverine forest. Here one can find adrenalin activities such as white-water rafting, gorge-swing, abseiling and even extreme zip-lines.
