北京怀柔官地小坐度假村是集住宿、商务会议、餐饮、娱乐、休闲为一体的高档度假酒店。n　　n　　以雁栖河为分界线，分为东西两个区域，所有客房均为木屋。n　　n　　东部区域：客房6间，别致地建在小山坡上。n　　n　　西部区域：主要是种植园，园内种有各种时令蔬菜，另建有高档小木屋3间。n　　n　　大堂为参天白杨所环绕，内设餐厅、pub区域、KTV,会议厅、茶座若干及前台，另有一地下通道直接通往河边观景区域；楼顶设置了若干露天茶位，有栈道与坡地的木屋相连。厨房、员工宿舍在大堂的后侧。院内设有停车场，若干个吊床、秋千、茶座及喷泉、瀑布等景观供游客赏玩。大堂外设有一户外临河餐厅。
