The scenic area consists entirely of stepped paths; you will still need to walk to the hotel after taking the cable car. It is not recommended to bring suitcases or large luggage up the mountain; please travel light. Vehicles are restricted from entering the Huangshan Scenic Area; you will need to take a dedicated shuttle bus from the scenic area's transfer center. The opening hours, transportation transfer times, and cable car operating hours of Huangshan Scenic Area are announced as follows: I. Huangshan Scenic Area Opening Hours: 1. During the Spring Festival Golden Week: February 15-17: 7:00-16:30; February 18-23: 6:00-17:30. 2. March 2-November 30: Monday to Friday 7:00-17:10; Saturday, Sunday, and holidays 6:30-17:40. 3. December 1-March 1 (including Saturday, Sunday, and holidays): 8:00-16:40. Due to the large area of ​​the scenic area and the long time required for sightseeing, the ticket checkpoints for hiking trails will close at 15:00. After 15:00, all hiking trail ticket checkpoints will implement an exit only policy, and no further entry will be allowed for hikers. Visitors are kindly requested to plan their trips accordingly.
