It’s a pretty old house with local-shanghai style, I spent quiet a lot of time renovating it with modern equipment to make it more cozy, but also keep the old modernist elements, which are unique and valuable, I hope it can make a difference and touchable moments in your trip.
It’s a very nice and cozy place, there are three rooms, each room has its own large windows, furniture and heating to ensure a quiet and comfortable living.
Room 1 -sunny room: the master room with a double bed.
Room 2- pretty room: the second room, also a study with a double bed.
Room 3-cute mini-room: a curtained half-opened room with a single bed on the balcony.
In addition, the sofa bed is a stretchable double bed for standby use.

One of the house's best attractions is its unique design in old-shanghai style. You will feel like a time traveler in old Shanghai when you’re stepping on wooden public stairs, or using antique furniture under 4m-high ceiling. But when you go out the gate, you can find yourself in one of the world’s best modern cities.

I think the beach, the mountain and the star sky are the best gifts of the nature, I love the nature! I also like the original ecological things, historic furniture. So my house keeps green plants, sunshine color and some solid wood furniture, it is charming and cozy. Outside of my windows there is a very large loquat tree, at 70years old, as old as my old house and my old neighbor. It's very rare and interesting.

There is enough life allocation at home to meet the needs.
Heating: including air conditioning and imported heating.
Cleaning: including dryers and hanging ironing machines.
Cooking: including microwave ovens and cooking tools.
Of course,Chinese-style carved tea sets and old-fashioned coffee grinders and wine cabinets can also be used at home.
