1.此建筑位于上海的黄金地段。经过改造后2个房间，1个客厅，1一个厨房，2个浴室。全屋提供地暖+空调
2.设施：燃气灶，微波炉，锅具，盘子，热水壶，烘干机，洗衣机（如需其它设备请在入住时告知）
3.浴室：拖鞋，洗发水，沐浴露。热水24小时提供热水
4.客厅和餐厅：客厅提供电视+沙发，躺着看一部电影真的舒适的享受！餐厅还提供一张大餐桌和配备的椅子。
5.关于保洁：我们会提供退房保洁服务，并非每日保洁。包括所有的床单，枕头，毛巾和浴巾全部都会在退房后更换。如果您需要提供额外的保洁服务可以联系我们，需要支付一定的额外费用。
6.入住登记：在入住之前，请您务必联系我们。你在完成护照登记后，我们会给您发送入住指南和入住密码

It is because in China you need a software that you can contact us at any time, so that we can help you. So we suggest you apply for a WeChat
1.This building is located in the prime area of Shanghai. After remodelling it has 2 rooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The whole house is provided with underfloor heating + air conditioning.
2. Facilities: gas cooker, microwave, pots and pans, plates, kettle, dryer, washing machine (please inform us when you move in if you need other facilities).
3. Bathroom: slippers, shampoo, shower gel. Hot water is available 24 hours a day.
4. Living room and dining room: the living room provides TV + sofa, lying down to watch a film really comfortable to enjoy! The dining room also offers a large dining table and is equipped with a small table. The dining room also provides a large dining table and equipped with chairs.
5. About cleaning: we will provide a check-out cleaning service, not daily cleaning. This includes all bed linen, pillows, towels and washcloths which will be changed after check-out. If you need to provide additional cleaning service, you can contact us and need to pay a certain additional fee.
6. Check-in: Before you check-in, please make sure you contact us. Once you have completed your passport registration, we will send you check-in instructions and an access code.
