The Trimbak Woods Villa is built on the one-acre property.
It has a big and spacious living room, dining area, modular kitchen, and 2 bedrooms with attached washrooms.

▪︎Both the rooms have king-size beds and can accommodate up to 2 people each.
▪︎It has an attached bathroom to both bedrooms.
▪︎Rooms offer a very scenic view of the lush green surroundings and the Mountain.
▪︎Both bedrooms have Air conditioners.

At the entrance, there is a car parking area where you can park 5-6 cars easily. In front of the villa, there is a big party lawn of 3000 sqft. With comes with waterfall & small pond. Besides the pond, there is a bonfire area that gets a view of the pond, lawn, and mountains. A deck pool is attached to the deck area of the villa and In the backyard, there is an organic kitchen garden.

- On prior notice bonfire & barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost.

Here is some valuable information and our house rules for your upcoming stay at our villa.
1. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 5000/- will be taken before check-in and refunded 6 hours after checkout.
2. Noise: Avoid loud music outdoors after 11 PM; keep it at a low volume.
3. Geyser Usage: Turn on the electric geyser 10 minutes before taking a bath, and remember to turn it off after use.
4. Power Outage: In case of a power outage, request the caretaker to switch on the petrol generator, which powers the electric geyser and refrigerator. However inverter backup is also there for lights and fans.
5. Air Conditioning: Set the AC temperature no lower than 24°C for energy efficiency.
6. Pool Rules: Eating in the pool area is not allowed. No diving or jumping in the pool. Prior to entering the pool, kindly shower to maintain a hygienic and pleasant swimming environment for all.
7. Mosquito Control: Close windows and doors between 6:30 PM and 8 PM to prevent mosquitoes. Mosquito nets are available for all beds and sofa cum beds if needed.
8. Please utilize Dustin for disposing of trash and utilize the ashtray for cigarette disposal. Remember to throw cigarette buds in the dustbin.
