The indoor spaces of this Victorian home are tastefully designed with carefully sourced embellishments, whilst the outdoor spaces are an escapist’s dream. The gazebo serves as the ideal spot for disconnecting, unwinding and simply relaxing amidst nature, the soothing humming of chirping birds, the sun and the verdant greenery. Make sure you savour the lip-smacking delicacies served at home, prepared by an expert chef on the premises.

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- The home boasts 3 well-furnished bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
- All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, AC, heater, electric kettle, walk-in closet and Wi-Fi access.
- Both rooms on the first floor are equipped with a TV and open up to a private, furnished balcony overlooking the surroundings.
- Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
- Extra mattresses can be provided on request.

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 attached bathrooms.
- All bathrooms have solar geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The home opens up to a spacious living room on the ground floor, with seating arrangements for up to 80 people.
- It is equipped with a myriad of amenities such as an AC, heater, portable music system, TV and a portable CCTV camera.
- There is a separate air-conditioned dining room that can accommodate up to 8 people.
- The exteriors of the home feature a beautifully landscaped garden, 4000 sq. ft. in size.
- Guests can unwind and relax in the gazebo, and savour the dreamy landscapes that surround the home.
- The first floor of the home features a long corridor, ideal for practising yoga.
- There is a private terrace that overlooks the surrounding verdure and stunning views.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at no additional cost.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder.
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

FOOD
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per person, per day.
- Meal timings will be adhered to.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for one bedroom. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available till 10 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 female staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per night, exclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in a separate room on the premises of the property.

ACTIVITIES
A blissful getaway set amidst the quaint city of Amritsar, famed for its Golden Temple, this holiday home promises a memorable experience. Within the property, guests can start their day with a leisurely stroll on the lawn, whilst soaking in the refreshing morning sun. You will find birds like Wood Hoopoe and Humming Birds fleeting around the home. Relish an elaborate breakfast amidst nature. Snuggle with a book to read peacefully, in the gazebo. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Head over to the terrace and admire the stunning landscapes. Spend the evening in, and enjoy a movie night. Devour a scrumptious barbecue meal and huddle around the bonfire.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per use.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session.
- The washing machine can be used at no additional cost.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There are a total of 4 bedrooms in the villa, however, guests do not have access to the 4th bedroom.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the 30KVA inverter can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours.
- Mobile networks such as Vi, Airtel and Jio work fairly well here.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the balconies for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
